These terms cover your use of Dual7 while we're in early access. We've kept them plain — the short version is: you own your code, use the platform responsibly, and we'll be upfront about changes.
01Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dual7, a product of AlgorithmShift Inc. (“Dual7”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Early access
Dual7 is in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an evolving basis. We may add usage limits, modify credit allowances, or introduce paid plans, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
03Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
04Your content & ownership
You own the prompts, data, and code you create with Dual7. We claim no ownership over your applications, and you can export your full React, Node and Postgres repository at any time.
You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content and data you bring to the platform.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dual7 to:
- build or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing applications;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform;
- process data you are not authorized to use; or
- resell or misrepresent the service.
06Plans, credits & billing
Vibe Mode is free during early access within stated credit limits. Paid plans, build credits, and on-demand top-ups are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
07Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code before using it in production. Governed Mode adds checks and human sign-off gates, but does not guarantee defect-free software.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dual7 and AlgorithmShift Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
09Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Email hello@dual7.ai.
